01 / MEET THE PEPPER

A little pepper.
A bigger story.

Small, round and cherry-like, wiri wiri is closely associated with Guyanese cooking. In pepper sauces and family kitchens, its appeal goes beyond a simple test of how much heat you can handle.

Guyana is on South America's northern coast. Its Ministry of Agriculture has documented wiri wiri among the country's pepper exports. That culinary connection is the starting point for our story—not a claim that every ingredient in this jar was grown there.

02 / FROM BOAT DAY TO DINNER

Built for the Bay.

A good day on the water deserves a good meal after it. We're developing Wiri Wiri Wave for grilled fish, shrimp, fish tacos, chicken and vegetables—the kind of cooking that brings the crew back to the table.

03 / OUR STORY, JUST GETTING STARTED

Two guys.
One big flavor play.

Carter brings Flavor and Flame LLC. Tyler brings Fishing Anonymous. We share a love of fishing, food and life near the water—and an ambition to turn a good idea into something worth putting on your table.

We're starting with one pepper, one blend and a first batch of 50 jars. No invented origin story. No pretending we've already built an empire. Just a real beginning, and an invitation to be part of it.

Spice moguls? Let's earn it.
